Labels can be deleted and updated in ReadyToShip but only if they have not been manifested. ReadyToShip cannot remove labels from a manifest.
Here we look at two scenarios for label deletion. Firstly, when a manifest hasn't been completed, and secondly, what to do if you have Manifested.
If orders have not yet been manifested
If you are generating labels in a batch of orders, and find that one cannot be shipped and you have not manifested it then you can delete labels by expanding an order and clicking the 'Delete Consignment' button found at the bottom right of the order window.

If orders have been manifested
Once an order or batch of orders has been manifested, ReadyToShip cannot alter the manifest.
If you have manifested orders and wish to alter the manifest then you need to contact the carrier directly and ask them to adjust the manifest for you.
For carriers that don't have a 'Manifest' step in ReadyToShip, most often labels are generated in the carrier's own labelling systems. Again, either contact the carrier in question or log in to the carrier portal and see if you can remove or cancel the label in there.
