When you connect a Store to ReadyToShip (a website or marketplace account) ReadyToShip automatically imports orders from it in an initial import.

Then, every few minutes, we automatically poll your Store for any new orders.

Can I manually import an order?

You cannot manually import an order - imports are automatic. (unless you import via CSV file of course)

ReadyToShip knows about orders that are pending payment from your customers, but they are NOT visible in our app until a payment has been made and the order is marked as paid in your store.

How long does it take for orders to import?

After orders in your store are marked as paid, most ReadyToShip customers will see new orders appear in their ReadyToShip console within a few minutes, sometimes a little longer.

How can I check import status of an order?

If it has taken more than 10 minutes, and the order you are expecting to see in ReadyToShip has not appeared, here are a few things you can check:

  1. Go to Settings > Stores, and click "Import Status". Is there an error or problem? If so, try step 6 below, or continue
  2. Check your store, and ensure the order is paid for (invoiced) and in an awaiting fulfilment state. They won't show in our app until they are 'ready to ship'
  3. Have you cancelled the order in your store? If so, it may disappear from ReadyToShip automatically, or if it is in a shipping tab it may turn red.
  4. Have you partially or completely fulfilled the order in your store? If so, it may disappear from ReadyToShip automatically, or if it is in a shipping tab it may turn red.
  5. Have you used the Search menu in ReadyToShip to search for the order in our system?
  6. Go to Settings > Stores and make sure there is no red error box saying your store needs to be re-authenticated. If ReadyToShip couldn't contact your store, it may break our connection and no orders will be imported until you re-authenticate your store.

If you are still unsure as to why an order isn't appearing in ReadyToShip after following these steps, please contact us via live chat or email so we can assist.
