Troubleshooting: items are not grouping
If your items are still not grouping together, check the following:
1. Price differences
Items must have the exact same unit price to group.
Example:
Soap – $8.00
Soap – $8.50
These will remain separate line items.
2. Weight differences
Items must also have the same weight.
Example:
Soap – 0.50 kg
Soap – 0.55 kg
These will not group.
3. Different HS Tariff Codes
Items with different HS codes cannot be grouped together.
4. Different countries of origin
Items must have the same country of origin to group.
5. Different goods descriptions
The Goods Description must match exactly.
For example:
“Bath soap”
“Soap”
These will remain separate line items.
