Before importing orders from a marketplace into ReadyToShip, you’ll need to create a CSV store for the import to load into. See our help article here for instructions on setting one up.
We recommend creating a separate CSV store for each marketplace or import type, such as Woolworths, Bunnings, and other sales channels.
Click here to access our Woolworths order import tool.
Click "Choose file" to select your Woolworths order file that you exported.
Click “Parse and Preview” to view the orders that were detected in the file.
If the data looks OK, click the blue button "Download RTS CSV" to generate a ReadyToShip compatible CSV import.
Then, you can use our import CSV function in your ReadyToShip account to import the file.
Click on "Import Orders" in the top menu.
Click on "Choose file", then select your ReadyToShip compatible Woolworths order import CSV file created earlier.
Click the blue "Resubmit" button.
When the import is complete, the orders should appear in your Unshipped tab ready to process.
