If you try to print labels for Australia Post, and receive this error:

The action cannot be performed using the account number XXXXXXXXXX because the account has exceeded the credit limit and has been blocked. Please contact your Account Manager or email us at customer_connectivity@auspost.com.au

It is because your eParcel/Startrack contract credit limit has been exceeded, or there are funds owing. This error comes from Australia Post.

To resolve it, you need to contact your Australia Post Account Manager, or email customer_connectivity@auspost.com.au

Once your account with Auspost has been cleared up, you will be able to print labels again.
