Australia Post errors may occasionally occur when using ReadyToShip. These errors often relate to account credit limits or issues with label printing.

The action cannot be performed using the account number XXXXXXXXXX because the account has exceeded the credit limit and has been blocked. Please contact your Account Manager or email us at customer_connectivity@auspost.com.au

This error occurs because your eParcel/Startrack contract credit limit has been exceeded, or there are funds owing. It originates from the Australia Post system and indicates an issue with your account’s available credit.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Contact AusPost Support: Reach out to your Australia Post Account Manager or email their Customer Connectivity team at customer_connectivity@auspost.com.au.

  2. Address Account Issues: Work with AusPost to clear the outstanding credit or billing issues.

  3. Retry ReadyToShip: Once your account is resolved, reattempt using ReadyToShip to verify resolution.

Once your account with Auspost has been cleared up, you will be able to print labels again.
