Connecting your Hunter Express account with ReadyToShip is quick, easy and will streamline your label printing process.

NOTE: Our Hunter Express integration is currently in the Beta phase.

You will have access to the full suite of features but may experience errors while we iron out any unexpected issues.

Use the Live Chat widget in your ReadyToShip account to inform us of any issues or concerns as they arise.

Step 1: Get a Customer Code from Hunter Express

First, contact your Hunter Express account manager and inform them you want to integrate with ReadyToShip. They will supply you with a customer code that you will need to connect your HunterExpress account to ReadyToShip.

Step 2: Create new carrier connection in ReadyToShip

In ReadyToShip, go to Settings > Carriers > Add Carrier, and click Hunter Express.

Next, you will be shown the Hunter Express connection page, where you will need to enter your Hunter Express Customer Code.

Click Test Connection and you'll be taken to the carrier setup screen:

All fields default to the settings shown above. Make any required changes before continuing.

You must choose a Default Package Format from the dropdown list. This is a compulsory field, and you will not be able to produce labels without a Package Format. Hunter Express only accepts three package formats - Carton, Pallet, or Parcel.

We recommend selecting the package type you use most frequently for this carrier. This setting can be edited on a per-order basis when creating labels for orders that need a different package format. You can also change the default setting anytime in Settings > Carriers.

Click Save Carrier and you are done. Your Hunter Express account is now integrated with ReadyToShip!

Once connected, Hunter Express requires you to produce a label and email a copy of the label to them for verification.

See the article on Carrier Mapping to find out how to assign incoming orders to this carrier automatically.
