With the new "DDP Price Guaranteed" service from Sendle, all customs clearance is handled for you, and the import duties and taxes are covered in your quoted label price.
Select "Standard (Pickup) DDP" for your order and Sendle will instantly calculate the total cost for shipping, duties, and taxes. The price displayed for the order includes everything.
Sendle's Duties Paid (DDP Price Guaranteed) is only currently available for shipments to the US.
To qualify for this service, you must include the following for all items in a shipment:
Valid HS Tariff Code - must be the 10 digit US code
Country of Origin/Manufacture
Detailed Goods Description (by default we will use your product title)
Product Value (by default we will use the price the customer paid)
If the "Standard (Pickup) DDP" service does not appear in the Carrier Quotes for your order, that means the service is not available to you based on the information provided in your order.
Check that the required information listed above has been provided, and update where required to refresh the quotes.
