If you need to ship an order internationally where a customer has purchased physical products and digital products, you will need to "deselect" the digital product to avoid having to declare it on your customs forms and pay duties on it.
To deselect an item in an order:
Open the order by clicking the blue down arrow in the last column.
Click the checkbox beside "World" icon of the digital product to deselect it.
When an item is "deselected", it will NOT be submitted when you create your international label.
βA world icon will appear GREEN when it is compliant with international shipping requirements (HS Tariff Code and Country of Origin are provided).
β
A world icon will appear RED when it is NOT compliant with international shipping requirements (HS Tariff Code and/or Country of Origin are not provided).
To edit he HS Tariff Code and Country of Origin for an item with a RED world icon, click on the world icon for that item (the world icon will turn blue when you hover on it). A pop-up box will appear where you can add the required information and click SAVE.
Once this is done, we will only submit the physical products for that order to your carrier when producing customs declarations.
Before creating a label, you should ensure that any item you have selected to include in the shipment has a GREEN world icon.
