If you have not downloaded or printed the label when first generated, you can request a reprint by simply clicking the Print/Pay button again. This will not create a second label, or a second charge.

Already Fulfilled and Updated Store Labels?

If you have already fulfilled the order, you need to log in to your MyPost Business account and go to the History tab where you can choose the batch of labels to reprint.

Alternatively, if the reprint window has expired but the label is already paid for, you can use the main menu to search for the order by entering the full order number (including any prefix). Once located, expand the order and use the provided link to download the last PDF copy of the shipping label.

Note: Australia Post only allows labels to be reprinted for 48 hours after they've been generated.

Recovering Labels Paid For After the Reprint Period

For labels already paid for where the reprint window has expired:

  1. Locate the order via the main menu by entering the full order number, including prefix.

  2. Expand the order by clicking the blue down arrow.

  3. Download the last PDF version of the shipping label using the View Labels file link at the bottom of the order window.
