Updating your stored card in MyPost Business

Using MyPost Business to ship your orders requires upfront payment when you create the consignment label.

If AusPost is unable to charge you, ReadytoShip will give you an error message when you try to create a label.

If your payment method has expired, you will need to update your payment details in your MyPost Business account to continue to ship parcels. You can edit or update your payment details here:

If your stored payment details are correct and you have received an error message, you may have insufficient funds or another issue with your stored card and will need to contact your card provider.
