When preparing orders for MyPost Business, you can either fulfill using your own packaging or instead use the pre-defined MyPost Business Satchels and Boxes.

If you are intending to use the MyPost packages, select the package for the order from the packaging drop down. Do not manually enter the dimensions for the pre-defined package as it will be counted as Own (Custom), you must select the named Pre-defined package.

To change the packaging of an order, you can click on the small X to delete any existing packaging then click the + button and then select a package.

Selecting for Multiple Orders

You can also bulk apply packaging and carrier information. Simply select the orders you wish, and use the set Package button. Here again you can simply select which packaging type to apply and continue.
