How to identify and resolve MyPost Business label payment issues

Occasionally when you are trying to Pay and Print MyPost Business labels you might receive an error like this:

"Error!

There were some issues printing labels for these orders
Order Message
These labels cannot be printed because the order for shipment id XXXXXXXXXXXXX has not been paid. Please confirm payment for your order and then resubmit your print request."

Australia Post sometimes has issues processing payments.

We recommend trying again.

If it still fails, then log in to MyPost Business here

Pay and print labels from within MyPost. If that still fails, please contact MyPost Business support here.

If the labels Pay and Print successfully in MyPost Business then you can return to our app, select the same orders and click Pay and Print to refresh their payment status.


Then you can continue processing the orders.
