How to identify and resolve MyPost Business label payment issues

Occasionally when you are trying to Pay and Print MyPost Business labels you might receive an error like this:

Australia Post sometimes has issues processing payments, for various reasons, and these are often temporary. If you receive a payment error, we recommend you try again.

If it still fails, check your MyPost Account to see if the labels are visible on your Transactions page. If so, try printing them from that page.

If your orders are not visible on the Transactions page, then check the Orders page. On that page, there could be a notification from AusPost that the payment for your consignments failed. The notification will have a link that says "Try Again". Click that link and AusPost will process the transaction again and you will be able to print your labels.

If they still fail, please contact MyPost Business support here, as they can provide the best support for the payment system.

If the labels Pay and Print successfully in MyPost Business, you can return to our app, select the same orders, and click Pay and Print to refresh their payment status. (It will not charge you again.) Then, you can continue processing the orders.
