Overview
When you connect certain carriers, their predefined packaging options may be automatically added to your account.
If you don’t use these packages, you can remove them at any time - and re-add them later if needed.
Note:
This feature is currently only available for Australia Post MyPost Business.
Remove Carrier Packages
Go to Settings → Carrier
Select your carrier
Under Extra Actions, click the
Trash button
⚠️ Important
If you're using the Defined Package method and have set a carrier-specific package as your default, you’ll need to select a new default package after deleting it.
To update your default package:
Go to Settings → Packages
Review your current setup
Select a new default package
Add Carrier Packages
Go to Settings → Carrier
Select your carrier
Under Extra Actions, click the ➕ Plus button
