Add or Remove Carrier Default Packages

How to add or remove AusPost Flat Rate Packaging options

Overview

When connecting certain carriers, their predefined packages may be automatically added to your account. If you don’t use these packages, you can remove them at any time and re-add them later if needed.

Note: This feature is currently only available for Australia Post MyPost Business.


Remove Carrier Packages

  1. Go to Settings > Carrier

  2. Select your carrier

  3. Under Extra Actions, click the Trash button

Important:
If you are using the Defined Package method and have assigned a carrier-specific package as the default, you will need to choose a new default package after deletion.


To update this:

  • Go to Settings > Packages

  • Review and update your default package settings


Add Carrier Packages

  1. Go to Settings > Carrier

  2. Select your carrier

  3. Under Extra Actions, click the Plus (+) button
