Add or Remove Carrier Default Packages

How to manage Australia Post Flat Rate Packaging options

Overview

When you connect certain carriers, their predefined packaging options may be automatically added to your account.

If you don’t use these packages, you can remove them at any time - and re-add them later if needed.

Note:
This feature is currently only available for Australia Post MyPost Business.


Remove Carrier Packages

  1. Go to Settings → Carrier

  2. Select your carrier

  3. Under Extra Actions, click theTrash button


⚠️ Important

If you're using the Defined Package method and have set a carrier-specific package as your default, you’ll need to select a new default package after deleting it.

To update your default package:

  1. Go to Settings → Packages

  2. Review your current setup

  3. Select a new default package


Add Carrier Packages

  1. Go to Settings → Carrier

  2. Select your carrier

  3. Under Extra Actions, click the ➕ Plus button
