Overview
When connecting certain carriers, their predefined packages may be automatically added to your account. If you don’t use these packages, you can remove them at any time and re-add them later if needed.
Note: This feature is currently only available for Australia Post MyPost Business.
Remove Carrier Packages
Go to Settings > Carrier
Select your carrier
Under Extra Actions, click the Trash button
Important:
If you are using the Defined Package method and have assigned a carrier-specific package as the default, you will need to choose a new default package after deletion.
To update this:
Go to Settings > Packages
Review and update your default package settings
Add Carrier Packages
Go to Settings > Carrier
Select your carrier
Under Extra Actions, click the Plus (+) button
