Default Signature on Delivery
By default, all orders are set to not require a Signature on Delivery. To change this default setting go to Settings > Carrier Settings and update the Order Option Defaults.
Each carrier may have different options. Choose the option that best suits most of your orders and click the Save button. You can adjust individual orders if required.
To see the options, click on the drop-down menu as shown:

If you need to override the default setting, click to open the order. In the Order Options section, click the drop-down box for Signature On Delivery and choose the option you require.
NOTE: Signature Settings in your eParcel carrier settings page is for Domestic orders only.
