Connecting to stores: Wix (Beta)

How to integrate your Wix store with ReadyToShip

Our Wix store integration is currently in the Beta phase.

You have access to the full suite of features but may experience errors while we iron out any unexpected issues.

Contact us via the Live Chat widget in your ReadyToShip account to advise us of any problems should they arise.

Create a ReadyToShip account here if you don't already have one.

Once logged in, it is quick and easy to connect your Wix store to ReadyToShip by following the steps below.

Step 1: Select Wix from the Stores Menu

Go to Settings > Stores on the ReadyToShip menu and select Wix from the list of available stores:

Step 2: Install the ReadyToShip app

Click Connect Store Account to begin the authorisation process:

You will be redirected to your Wix store, where you will need to click on Agree & Add:

Step 3: Complete the setup details

After the app has been installed, you will be redirected to complete the setup:

You must enter all details requested above, including a valid Return Addressmost carriers won’t work properly without one.

Click Save Store to start importing your orders.

By default, we import 30 days of paid and unfulfilled orders. Should you need older orders imported, contact us, and we will import them.

Please note that product weights will be imported with customer orders but no product dimensions.

Once the import process has been completed, click Continue. You have now finished adding your Wix store.

Have more than one Wix store? You can connect as many stores as you like by repeating the steps above for each individual store.

Your next step is to Configure your store.
