Configure your store: Wix

Fine-tune your Wix store settings in ReadyToShip to match your business needs.

Access your store settings

  1. Go to Settings > Stores

  2. Click the cog icon next to your Wix store

  3. Select Settings


General settings

Your Store Name and Return Address will already be filled in based on your initial Wix connection. You can update these at any time.


Store logo

Add a logo to display on your invoices.

  • This field is optional

  • If no logo is added, your Store Name will appear instead

To add your logo:

  1. Retrieve your logo URL from Wix (see Wix Help Centre)

  2. Paste it into the Logo URL field in ReadyToShip


Invoice and pick list templates

Choose from available templates in each dropdown.

  • Select the format that best suits your workflow

Unit of weight

By default, weight is set to kilograms (kg).

  • Change to grams (g) if your store uses values like 1000g instead of 1.0kg


Item weights and dimensions

These settings control how ReadyToShip handles product weights and sizes.

  • Options here affect how SKU and order data are interpreted

  • Refer to our guide to choose the best setup for your store


Optional settings

These settings may be useful depending on your operations but are not required.

Do not get Live Rates from these carriers

Exclude specific carriers from showing live rates in the Carriers column.

  • Click the field

  • Select the carrier(s) you want to exclude


Prioritise cache for values

Choose which data source ReadyToShip should prioritise:

  • Imported data from your store

  • Manually entered data in ReadyToShip


IOSS Registration Number

If you ship to the EU and are registered for IOSS:

  • Enter your IOSS number here to help manage VAT charges


Return address

Your return address is automatically populated from your Wix connection.

  • Update this anytime if your return details change
