Keeping your ReadyToShip account secure is important. One of the easiest ways to protect your data is by regularly updating your password. Follow the steps below depending on whether you can log in or not.
If You’re Not Logged In
If you’ve forgotten your password:
On the login page, click Forgot Password below the Login button.
Enter the email address you use to log in to ReadyToShip.
Click Send Password Reset Link.
Check your email for the reset link.
If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.
Click the link in the email to open the Reset Password screen.
Enter your email address.
Enter your new password in both fields (they must match).
Click Reset Password.
You’ll be redirected to the login page with your new details pre-filled. You can now log in using your updated password.
If You’re Logged In
To change your password while logged in:
Go to Settings > Users.
Select the user you want to update.
Enter a new password in the Password field.
Re-enter the same password in the Confirm field.
Click Save.
