Keeping your account secure is essential when using ReadyToShip applications. One of the simplest yet most effective ways to protect your data is by regularly updating your password. This help article provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how to change your password on ReadyToShip, ensuring your account remains safe and accessible.

Not logged in to ReadyToShip
βIf not, and you can't remember your password, just click the Forgot Password link below the Login button.
Enter the email address you use to login to ReadyToShip, then click Send Password Reset Link button.
Check your email for a Password Reset Link. If you can't see it in your Inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Click the link to be taken to the Reset Password screen. Fill in your email address used to login to ReadyToShip, then enter a NEW password in the boxes provided, ensuring they are identical. Click the Reset Password button.
You will then be presented with the login page, with the new details prefilled. You can now proceed to use ReadyToShip with your new login credentials.
You are logged in to ReadyToShip
If you are logged in, go to Settings > Users
Select the User
Add a new password to Password box
Add the same password in the Confirm box
Click Save
