How to Reset a Aramex Order

For when you need to cancel/delete and recreate a new label.

If you’ve already created a shipping label but need to make changes, you must reset the order in ReadyToShip before generating a new label.

Important Notes

  • The Delete Consignment button only works for unmanifested labels.

  • Once a consignment has been manifested, it is finalised and cannot be changed.

  • If a consignment has already been manifested, you’ll need to contact Aramex to request cancellation.

How to Reset a Label

Follow these steps to reset a My Fastway (Aramex) label:

1. Confirm the Order is Not Manifested

Before proceeding, ensure the consignment has not been manifested.

2. Open the Order

Click the blue down arrow on the right-hand side of the order to expand it.

3. Delete the Consignment

Scroll to the bottom of the order and click:
“Delete Consignment from My Fastway”

4. Confirm the Reset

Check the “L” status:

  • If the “L” is clear, the reset was successful

  • If it is still green, the label has not been reset

5. Discard Old Labels

Dispose of any previously printed labels.

Important:
Each time a label is updated, it must be reprinted and applied to the parcel. Old labels become invalid and may result in returned parcels or additional fees for unmanifested consignments.

Bulk Resetting

Resetting consignments cannot be done in bulk. Each order must be reset individually.
