You must reset orders in ReadyToShip if you have already created a label, but need to make some changes before creating a new one.

Note: The Delete Consignment button only works for unmanifested labels.

Once a consignment has been manifested, it can't be changed. The manifest process finalises the consignment. You'll need to contact your Aramex and request that they cancel the consignment.

How to reset your Aramex / My Fastway label

To reset a My Fastway label in ReadyToShip, you must follow these steps:

  • Check that the order has not been manifested

  • Open the order (blue down arrow on right-hand side)

  • Click the blue "Delete Consignment from My Fastway" button at the bottom of the order.

  • Check that the L is now clear - If it is still green, you have not reset the order.

  • Discard old labels.

Step 1: Open the order

Step 2: Click the "Delete Consignment from My Fastway" button

Step 3: Check that the L is now clear

If the L step is still green, you have not reset the label.

Step 4: Discard old labels

Throw out the OLD labels.

To ensure the right tracking number is used, discard old labels. Every time a label is changed or updated, it must be reprinted and the parcel relabelled with the newest label, as the old one then becomes unusable, and the parcels may be returned or attract an unmanifested fee.

Resetting orders in Bulk

This action can not be done in bulk. You can only reset orders individually.
