A few tricks for dealing with common errors.

Flags on orders

If you see a coloured flag on an order, there is a problem you need to resolve before you can print labels.

Just mouse-over the flag to see a suggested fix.

Label Printing Errors

If you receive an error when printing labels, the error will be from the carrier system - these aren't ReadyToShip errors. Usually, the error will contain information about how to resolve the problem. If it doesn't, or if the error looks generic, try again a few more times.

If you still get the error after retrying and can't find information about the specific error in our help system, contact support using the chat widget in ReadyToShip.

Please advise us of the error message and the order number. This will help us diagnose the problem.

To see an error message again, expand the order and click on Show System Notes.
