How can I tell if my label to the USA is correct & the integration with Zonos worked?

Check your label includes:

  • Accurate HS Tariff Codes for all products

  • Correct Country of Origin (where items were manufactured, not where you're selling from)

  • Detailed Goods Description (by default, our app will use the Product Title from your Shopify store)

Make sure you have set up a Zonos Verified Account for each AusPost account you have.

If you have setup your Zonos Verified Accounts prior to printing labels, and ensured your labels include all the information provided, then your integration should have worked when you printed your label.

Your shipments will appear in your Zonos Dashboard once AusPost sends the shipment data to Zonos. This can take a few days from when you ship your parcel.
