This video shows you how to edit ATL, Safe Drop, and Signature on Delivery settings for deliveries.

Default Signature on Delivery

By default, all orders are set to not require a Signature on Delivery. To change this default setting go to Settings Carrier Settings and update the Order Option Defaults

Each carrier may have different options, choose the option that best suits most of your orders and click the Save button. You can adjust individual orders if required.

To see the options, click on the drop-down menu as shown:​



Change the Signature on Delivery settings per order

If you need to override the default setting, click to open the order. In the Order Options section, click the drop-down box for Signature for Delivery and choose the option you require.
