If your carrier and store supports it, you can send a notification back to the store with:
A list of orders that have been shipped.
Tracking numbers for these orders.
This will usually trigger an email with the tracking number to the customer so they can follow the progress of the shipment on the carrier's website. It will also mark the orders as Shipped if the store requires it.
Select the orders and click Update Store.
We will notify your store behind the scenes so you don't have to wait for the process to complete.
The S (Sales Feed Notified) box in the order list will turn green when the store has been notified.
We then recommend clearing out those completed orders by clicking Remove Completed. This gives you a clean slate for the next time you ship out orders.
