You can update a shipping address on any order before the shipping label has been printed.

Update the address

  1. Open the order in ReadyToShip

  2. Click the blue drop-down arrow on the right-hand side to expand the order

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the address fields

  4. Edit the required details and click Save

  5. Reprint or update the shipping label

Fixing Shipping Label Errors

Errors like “incorrect address” are usually caused by formatting issues. Check the following:

  • Enter the suburb in the Suburb/City field (not in the street address)

  • Use AusPost state abbreviations (e.g. NSW, not New South Wales)

  • Ensure the address matches AusPost spelling conventions (e.g. Park Holme, not Parkholme)

Once corrected, save the address and try generating the label again.

Keeping Addresses in Sync

If you update an address in ReadyToShip, make sure to also update it in your connected store.

  • Changes in ReadyToShip do not sync back to your store

  • Changes made in your store are not automatically imported into ReadyToShip

To avoid issues, always update the shipping address in both systems

Note: ReadyToShip is not notified when address changes are made in your store. Always update the address directly in ReadyToShip to ensure labels generate correctly.
