For most carrier connections the return address is set within ReadyToShip, for which the instructions are detailed below.

However, some carriers (for example Aramex / MyFastway) require you to contact them and update the Return Address on your contract. Contact your carrier if this is the case.

Couriers Please has specific Pick Up Address settings which can be configured in your Carrier Settings by going to Settings > Carriers and clicking on Couriers Please to open and edit the settings.

Sender/Return address can be set in 2 ways

Store Settings level

At the Store settings level, a valid address MUST be set for each Store/channel connection in ReadyToShip. This applies the return address to every order imported via that channel, regardless of which carrier is used to create the label.

Carrier level

Optionally, you can also set a Return/Sender address for each carrier connection.

If set, this will override the Store sender/return address originally assigned to the order.

See below for instructions on both:

How to set Store Return/Sender Address

To edit your store's return address go to Settings β‡’ Stores, and edit your carrier settings.

Please ensure that you fill out the Name field and make sure that the Suburb and Postcode are a valid combination.
