ReadyToShip will check the Australia Post database of address for verification automatically. One common issue is that the address a customer enters may appear to be correct, on google maps etc, however it does not match that which is within Australia Post's system.
See the site below and first check if the Postcode / Suburb combination matches:

You may encounter an error message on an order such as "Your combination of suburb, state & postcode doesn't match. Please review and try again". You can check the address as entered within the order against official records.
Checking the postcode
Simply enter the postcode and it will predict results and when searched, will list the recognised address.
βNote: Addresses are not entirely correct in map apps, this database is the most preferred for addresses within Australia.

How to fix address errors in ReadyToShip
To fix address errors, click on the underlined address and either type the correct information or choose from the suggested list. Save the order address again. ReadyToShip will validate the address, if correct it will disappear from the Address Error tab.
