Our Kogan store integration is currently in the Beta phase.
You have access to the full suite of features but may experience errors while we iron out any unexpected issues.
Contact us via the Live Chat widget in your ReadyToShip account to advise us of any problems should they arise.
Create a ReadyToShip account here if you don't already have one.
Once logged in, ReadyToShip can connect to Kogan to import orders and fulfil them with tracking data. The instructions below will help you to do that.
Step 1: Get Kogan API credentials
To connect to Kogan Marketplace, you must first have valid API credentials. Your marketplace account manager can provide these for you.
You will need these credentials to connect your Kogan Marketplace account to ReadyToShip to start importing orders.
If you are not already a Kogan Marketplace seller, you should start by signing up using the Kogan.com Marketplace Application Form. Once you have been approved on their test environment, your account manager will send your production API keys. These are the keys required to connect to ReadyToShip.
Step 2: Connect Kogan MarketPlace in ReadyToShip
Create a ReadyToShip account here if you don't already have one.
Once logged in, it is quick and easy to connect your Kogan store to ReadyToShip by following the steps below.
Go to Settings > Stores > Add Store, then click on Kogan.
<<Insert "store selection menu" screenshot here>>
Step 3: Add API to ReadyToShip
Next, enter your API key and account name from your Kogan account into the field shown. Ensure there are no preceeding or trailing spaces etc.
Seller ID = your account name
Token = your API key
Click Connect Store Account to continue to setup.
Step 4: Complete setup
Give your store a name, and enter a valid Return Address (ensuring Suburb and Postcode match).
Click Save Store, then ReadyToShip will import recent Kogan orders.
By default, we import 30 days of paid and unfulfilled orders. If you need older orders, contact us, and we will import them.
Click Continue to complete setup.
You can then complete Carrier Mapping for your orders and start shipping.
If this is your first store connection, you must also connect your Carrier/s. For more information, see our guide on Connecting Carriers.
Your next step is to Configure your store.
