Unit of Weight

By default, this is set to Kilograms (kg).

If your store uses Grams (g) (e.g. 1000g instead of 1kg), you can update this setting here.

Item Weights and Dimensions

These settings control how ReadyToShip calculates and handles product weights and dimensions for your SKUs and orders.

👉 Refer to our guide on choosing the right options for your setup.

Do Not Get Live Rates from These Carriers

If you use multiple carriers but want to exclude certain carriers from showing live rates:

  1. Click into the field

  2. Select the carrier(s) you want to exclude

These carriers will no longer appear in the Carriers column on your dashboard.

Prioritize Cache for Values

This setting determines which data ReadyToShip uses:

  • Imported data from your store, or

  • Manually entered data in ReadyToShip

Select your preferred option from the dropdown.

Return Address

This is automatically populated from your initial Neto setup.

If your return address changes, you can update it here at any time.

Tax ID Registration Numbers

Some countries allow you to prepay all Taxes and Duties via a Tax ID registration. For example, if you ship to the EU, you may be registered with the IOSS to save money on VAT charges.

ReadyToShip allows you to store these numbers in your store settings to use for any applicable orders shipped via AusPost Sender Pays (via Tax ID) method.

View our dedicated help article on how to add those here.
