How to enter Tax IDs for International Orders

International Tax IDs such as IOSS, VAT, and GST can be set per store in ReadyToShip, or added to orders individually before generating a label.

To add or edit these, go to Settings → Stores and click on the new Globe icon

Then, set your IOSS (or Zonos) text per region/country.
Instructions are included on that page.

Click the Add Tax ID button, enter your Tax ID, and choose the region or country they apply to.

ReadyToShip will then automatically apply them to your international orders as necessary.

⚠️ Important: If you have more than one store, you will need to repeat this process for each store.

You can still adjust an individual order before printing a label.

Expand the order, click 'Edit more Options' and use the Override Tax ID field, or set the order option "Submit Tax ID" to your choice.
