Once you've connected your Commerce7 store to ReadyToShip, you can customise your store settings, including your logo, invoice and pick list templates, weight settings, and other optional preferences.
Access Your Store Settings
Go to Settings > Stores.
Locate your Commerce7 store and click the blue cog icon.
Select Settings.
Your settings page will be pre-populated with the Store Name and Return Address entered when you first connected your Commerce7 store. These can be updated at any time.
Store Logo
Adding a logo is optional, but it allows your logo to appear on invoices printed from ReadyToShip. If no logo is added, your store name will be displayed instead.
Add Your Commerce7 Logo
Open your Commerce7 website.
Right-click your logo and select Copy Image Address.
Paste the image URL into the Logo URL field in ReadyToShip.
Invoice and Pick List Templates
ReadyToShip includes several invoice and pick list template options.
Use the dropdown menus to select the templates that best suit your business requirements.

Unit of Weight
By default, the Unit of Weight is set to Kilograms (kg).
If your Commerce7 products use Grams (g) instead (for example, 1000g rather than 1.0kg), update this setting accordingly.
Item Weights and Dimensions
These settings determine how ReadyToShip handles weights and dimensions for imported SKUs and orders.
The best option for your store will depend on how product data is maintained in Commerce7 and ReadyToShip.

Additional Store Settings
The remaining settings are optional and may be useful depending on your workflow.
Do not get Live Rates from these carriers
If you use multiple carriers but don't want rates from specific carriers displayed in the Carriers column on your ReadyToShip dashboard, you can exclude them here.
Click the field.
Select the carrier(s) you want to exclude.
Prioritize cache for values
This setting determines whether ReadyToShip should prioritise:
Data imported from your Commerce7 store, or
Data that has been manually entered or updated in ReadyToShip.
Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
IOSS Registration Number
IIf you ship to customers within the European Union and are registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, enter your IOSS registration number here.
This can help reduce VAT-related charges and delays for eligible shipments.
Import Only These Channels
Use this setting to restrict imports to specific Commerce7 sales channels.
Click the field.
Select the channel(s) you want to import.
Leave this field blank if you want ReadyToShip to import orders from all sales channels.
Return Address
Your Return Address is automatically populated using the address entered when you connected your Commerce7 store.
If your return address changes, update it here to ensure it appears correctly on shipping labels and related documents.
