NOTE: Our Commerce7 store integration is currently in the Beta phase.
You will have access to the full suite of features but may experience errors while we iron out any unexpected issues.
Use the Live Chat widget in your ReadyToShip account to inform us of any issues or concerns as they arise.
Follow these steps to connect your Commerce7 store and start importing orders automatically.
Create or sign in to your ReadyToShip account
Create a ReadyToShip account here if you don't already have one, or sign in to your existing account.
Go to Settings > Stores on the ReadyToShip menu and select Commerce7 from the list of available stores:
When prompted, click the Connect Store Account button to continue.
Next, you must enter all details requested below, including a valid Return Address โ most carriers wonโt work properly without one.
Click Save Store to continue.
โ
Copy the Installation Token provided.
From the same screen, click either the link in Step 2 or the blue Go to Commerce7 App Market button to proceed to Commerce7 and complete the final steps. You will need to be logged in to your Commerce7 account to continue.
Install ReadytoShip from the Commerce7 App Marketplace
Click Install on the Commerce7 app page, then paste in your Installation Token copied from ReadyToShip when prompted.
Click Continue, then on the next screen click Install App.
Your Commerce7 store is now connected.
You will need to return to your ReadyToShip screen and click the green Continue button. Orders will then begin importing into ReadyToShip automatically.
By default, we import 30 days of paid and unfulfilled orders. Should you need older orders imported, contact us, and we will import them.
Once the import process has been completed, click Continue. You have now finished adding your Commerce7 store.
Please note that product weights will be imported with customer orders but no product dimensions.
Have more than one Commerce7 store? You can connect as many stores as you like by repeating the steps above for each individual store.
Your next step is to Configure your store.
If this is your first store connection, you must also connect your Carrier/s. For more information, see our guide on Connecting Carriers.
