Whilst ReadyToShip can be used to manage your pickup orders for your Shopify store, it isn't specifically designed to do so and has no functionality that is specific to 'Click & Collect'.

Our system is optimised and set-up to treat all orders as though they are being 'shipped'.

Pickup in store orders will still be imported from your Shopify store into ReadyToShip.

We recommend setting up a "Label Printers" carrier, and name it Pick Ups or something similar. You can find help to do this here.

Then, use our Carrier Mapping feature to "map" your relevant Shopify pickup shipping method names to that "Pick Ups" carrier.

Once you move your pickup orders into the relevant run you can pick and pack them as normal.

You'll need to action the 'Ready for Pickup' step manually from Shopify (you may be able to do this in bulk from the main Shopify orders page).

Then, once the customer has collected you'd be able to complete the 'Update Store' step in ReadyToShip which will mark the order as Picked Up/Collected.
