You can add any number of Shopify stores to your ReadyToShip account by following these steps:
Select Shopify from the Store menu
Install ReadyToShip app
Update details and settings
Step 1. Select Shopify
To add your Shopify store, go to Settings > Stores on the ReadyToShip menu and select Shopify from the list of available stores.
Enter the address of your Shopify store. This must be the myshopify.com address even if you have a domain name pointing at your Shopify store.
Click the Connect button. You will be redirected to your Shopify store. If necessary you may be prompted to login to your Shopify store.
Step 2. Install ReadyToShip App
Click Install App to add the ReadyToShip app to your Shopify store. The app enables us to import orders from your store and update your orders with shipping and tracking information.
Step 3. Update settings
After installing the app you will be sent back to ReadyToShip to update some settings for your Shopify store. Add a descriptive name and return address for your Shopify store for ReadyToShip.
You must fill out a valid Return Address – most carriers won’t work properly without one.
Each store can have a different return address, which is useful if you are operating under multiple business names or have multiple warehouse distribution centres.
Click the Save Shopify Store button and orders will start importing right away.
By default, we import all unfulfilled, or at least 30 days of orders that are paid and unfulfilled. If you need older orders, please get in touch with us, and we will import them for you.
You have now finished adding your Shopify store.
If this is your first store connection, you will need to connect your Carrier/s. For more information, see our guide on Connecting Carriers.

Configuring Your Shopify Connection
There are a number of options in the Shopify store settings to help you manage your experience. These are found in Settings > Stores > Shopify.
Importing Pending or Authorized payment orders
By default, we import orders that are Paid and Unfulfilled. You can choose to import other payment status orders as well.
Preventing certain orders being imported
You can add Order Tags in a comma delimited list, which will prevent these orders from being imported, or, specify particular Order Statuses to ignore.
Add Customer (not Order) Notes to ReadyToShip and Labels
Sometimes Customers may have a Note. Optionally, you can append a Customer note to the Order note (which is already imported) so it appears in ReadytoShip and you can add to Shipping Labels.
Ignore Notes and Product attribute tags
Some Shopify plugins will add spurious attributes to Products, which you may not want appearing in our app (eg, on invoices, pick lists etc)
They will appear like this
To prevent them showing, add each attribute in a comma delimited list, like so:
