How to reimport an order

Some changes you make to orders in your store do not get notified to ReadyToShip via your stores API.

Examples of this are:

  • Delivery Address changes made in your store.

  • Adding HS Tariff Codes and Country of Origin to products in your store AFTER an order is placed.

To update the order details in ReadyToShip, you can "Discard Changes and Reimport".

Expand the order, and click the cloud icon as shown below:

The order will disappear from ReadyToShip and be reimported. The import process can take a few minutes, and when the order reimports it will appear in the Unshipped tab ready for you to process again.

If you have already created a label for an order you want to reimport, you will need to delete the label and/or reset the order prior to clicking Discard Changes and Reimport. You can find these buttons at the bottom right of the expanded order.
