You can delete an unwanted label created for DirectFreight Express directly in the order it was created for.
NOTE: Labels can only be deleted in ReadyToShip before 6.30pm on the SAME DAY the label was originally created.
If you need to delete a label created before today but not yet shipped, contact DirectFreight Express support.
To delete a label, open the order and click the Delete Consignment button at the bottom of the order screen.
