You can delete an unwanted label created for DirectFreight Express directly in the order it was created for.
Expand the order and click the Delete Consignment button at the bottom of the order screen.
Labels can only be deleted in ReadyToShip before 6.30pm on the SAME DAY the label was originally created.
If you need to delete a label created before today but not yet shipped, contact DirectFreight Express support.
