Note: For any label created for Hunter Express, resetting an order does not create a refund. You'll need to apply for a refund for the original label.
How to reset your Hunter Express label
To reset a Hunter Express label in ReadyToShip, you must follow these steps:
Open the order (blue down arrow on right-hand side)
Click the blue "Reset Order" button at the bottom of the order.
Check that the L is now clear - If it is still green, you have not reset the order.
Visit Hunter Express to refund your unused labels.
Discard old labels.
Step 1: Open the order
Step 2: Click the "Reset Order" button
Click the "Reset Order" button. This will remove the existing consignment from ReadyToShip, allowing you to make any necessary changes to the order before printing a new label.
Step 3: Check that the L is now clear
If the L step is still green, you have not reset the order.
Step 4: Refund old labels
Throw out the OLD labels and apply for your Refund.
Refunds for old labels must be processed through the Hunter Express portal; otherwise, you will be charged for them. To cancel a label, submit a customer service ticket via the Hunter Express portal.
To ensure the right tracking number is used, discard old labels. Every time a label is changed or updated, it must be reprinted, and the parcel relabelled with the newest label, as the old one then becomes unusable, and the parcels may be returned.
Resetting orders in Bulk
This action can not be done in bulk. You can only reset orders individually.
