ReadyToShip can import product dimensions from Shopify when they are stored in Shopify Product Metafields.
Using metafields is the recommended method because metafields can be assigned to both Products and Variants, allowing you to store accurate dimensions for each item.
Before you begin
You'll need:
Product dimensions stored in Shopify Product Metafields
The Metafield Keys used for those dimensions, as shown in the example below:
Add your Metafield Keys in ReadyToShip
In ReadyToShip, go to Settings > Stores.
Click on your Shopify store to open its settings.
Scroll down to the Metafield Key fields.
Enter the Shopify Metafield Keys that contain your dimension values.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
ReadyToShip will now import dimension values from Shopify for any new orders received after the Metafield Keys have been added.
Dimension value format
Dimension metafields should contain a single numeric value representing centimetres.

Do not include units such as "cm" in the value.
Notes
Dimensions are only imported for new orders received after the Metafield Keys have been configured in ReadyToShip.
Metafields can be assigned to individual variants, making them more flexible than Product Tags.
