Archived orders are removed from your active shipping tabs, but you can still access the original shipping label from the order's history.
Find the archived order
Click Search in the top menu bar.
Search for the order you need.
Click the order to open its details.
Open the original label file
In the bottom-right corner of the order, locate the View Labels File link.
Click View Labels File to open the PDF file containing the shipping label.
⚠️ Important: If the label was originally created as part of a batch, View Labels File will open the complete label file for that batch rather than only the selected order's label.
Print the label
Once the label file opens:
Find the shipping label for the order you need.
Note the page number containing that label.
Select that page in your printer settings and print it.
This allows you to print the original shipping label.
