As soon as you connect a store and authenticate the connection we will check for any orders that are "ready to ship" and pull them into the Unshipped Orders tab. We perform this check every few minutes.

For new store/marketplace connections, we import 30 days of paid and unfulfilled orders. If you need older orders, contact us, and we will import them.

We treat orders that are paid for but not shipped as "ready". For most stores this will not include partially fulfilled orders, credited orders or partially refunded orders.
