As soon as you connect a store and authenticate the connection we will check for any orders that are "ready to ship" and pull them into the Unshipped Orders tab. We perform this check every few minutes.

For new store/marketplace connections we automatically import the last 7 days worth of orders. If you need a longer import, please contact us!

We treat orders that are paid for but not shipped as "ready". For most carriers this will not include partially fulfilled orders, credited orders or partially refunded orders.
