As soon as you connect a store and authenticate the connection we will check for any orders that are "ready to ship" and pull them into the Unshipped Orders tab. We perform this check every few minutes.
Note: When you first connect to your store, all unshipped orders are imported. If you have unfulfilled orders that don't appear about 10 minutes after first connecting, send us a chat message and we can run a manual import for you.
We treat orders that are paid for but not shipped as "ready". For most stores this will not include partially fulfilled orders, credited orders or partially refunded orders.
