To view and edit the available settings in ReadyToShip, go to Settings > Stores. Click the blue cog icon beside your CSV Upload store and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Store Name
Your settings screen will already include the Store Name entered when you first created the CSV Upload store.
You can update this field at any time if you need to rename your store.

Logo URL
The Logo URL setting allows your store logo to appear on invoices printed from ReadyToShip, depending on the invoice template selected.
This field is optional. If no logo is added, the invoice will display your Store Name instead.
Note: You must use an externally hosted image URL for your store logo.
In most cases, you can obtain this URL by:
Opening your website
Hovering over your store logo
Right-clicking the image
Selecting Copy Image Address
Pasting the URL into the Logo URL field
Invoice and Pick List Templates
ReadyToShip includes several invoice and pick list template options.
Use the dropdown menus to select the templates that best suit your business requirements.

Unit of Weight
By default, ReadyToShip uses Kilograms (kg) as the unit of weight.
If your store products use Grams (g) instead — for example, 1000g instead of 1.0kg — you can update this setting here.
Item Weights and Dimensions
These settings determine how ReadyToShip handles imported SKU and order weights and dimensions.
The options you choose will affect how shipping rates and package details are calculated.

Do not get Live Rates from these carriers
If you use multiple carriers but do not want rates from specific carriers displayed on orders for this store, you can exclude them here.
To exclude carriers:
Click inside the field
Select the carrier(s) you want to exclude from the list provided
Prioritize cache for values
This setting controls whether ReadyToShip prioritises:
data imported from your store, or
data manually entered and saved directly in ReadyToShip
To prioritise data saved in ReadyToShip, select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
IOSS Registration Number
If you ship orders to the European Union (EU), you may be registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme to reduce VAT charges.
If you have an IOSS registration number, enter it in this field.
Return Address
The Return Address field is required before shipping labels can be generated.
Most carriers will not accept parcels without a valid return address.
If your return address changes, you can update it here at any time.
