Things to remember when creating eParcel labels for International shipments.

Follow these guidelines when creating or reprinting eParcel labels for international shipments.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • New tracking number on reprint
    A new tracking number is generated every time you reprint or update an international label.
    ➝ Always discard any previously printed labels to avoid confusion or delivery issues.

  • Item weight requirements
    Many countries now require individual item weights for all parcels. This includes (but is not limited to):

    • United States

    • European Union countries

    • China

  • Customs compliance
    You are responsible for ensuring your shipments meet the latest customs requirements for each destination country.


How to Enable Item Weights for International Shipments

  1. Go to Carriers > Settings

  2. Select your eParcel carrier

  3. Find the setting "Always submit item weights for international"

  4. Set this option to Yes

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save


If you’re unsure about a country’s requirements, check with your carrier or the destination country’s customs authority before shipping.
