AusPost eParcel Contract customers are required to manifest shipments before they can be collected or accepted by Australia Post.
We recommend creating the manifest only after all orders for the shipment run have been successfully packed and labels have been printed correctly.
Create a Manifest
Select the orders you want to include in the shipment run.
Click Manifest.
Creating a manifest will:
Notify Australia Post of the shipments being lodged
Finalise shipment data for billing and tracking
Generate a manifest document for your records or for Australia Post collection/drop-off
โ ๏ธ Important
Once an eParcel shipment has been manifested, the labels cannot be changed or cancelled through the platform.
Manifested outside of ReadyToShip?
Select the orders you have manifested directly in your eParcel Parcel Send portal.
Click Manifest.
This will update the manifest step and provide the manifest details for those orders. It will not remanifest or double charge you, labels can only be manifested once.
