Overview
If you need to recreate a shipment label, you can delete an existing DirectFreight Express label directly from the order it was created in.
⚠️ Important
Labels can only be deleted in ReadyToShip before 6:30 PM on the same day they were created.
If the label was created on a previous day and has not been shipped, you’ll need to contact DirectFreight Express support to have it removed.
How to Delete a Label
Open the relevant order in ReadyToShip.
Scroll to the bottom of the order screen.
Click Delete Consignment.
