If you’ve already created a label in ReadyToShip but need to make changes before creating a new one, you must first reset the order.

NOTE: The Delete Consignment button only works for a limited time with CouriersPlease. Once it has gone further along in their process, such as to the point of booking the pickup, the consignment can only be cancelled by contacting CouriersPlease directly.

How to reset your CouriersPlease label

To reset a CouriersPlease label in ReadyToShip, you must follow these steps:

  • Open the order (blue down arrow on right-hand side)

  • Click the blue "Delete Consignment" button at the bottom of the order.

  • Check that the L is now clear - If it is still green, you have not reset the order.

  • Discard old labels.

Step 1: Open the order

Step 2: Click the "Delete Consignment" button

Step 3: Check that the L is now clear

If the L step is still green, you have not reset the label.

Step 4: Discard old labels

Throw out the OLD labels.

To ensure the right tracking number is used, discard old labels. Every time a label is changed or updated, it must be reprinted and the parcel relabelled with the newest label, as the old one then becomes unusable, and the parcels may be returned.

Resetting orders in Bulk

This action can not be done in bulk. You can only reset orders individually.
