You can access the eParcel Manifest file within an order.
Search for the order from our Main Menu (use the full order number, including any prefix)
Expand the order (click the blue down arrow)
Click the View Manifest File link at the bottom of the order information window to view/download the manifest PDF.
eParcel manifests are also available in your eParcel ParcelSend portal shortly after they are generated in our app. They can also be reprinted from there.
If the View Manifest File link doesn't appear in the order, that means the order was manifest directly in ParcelSend and not via our app. In this scenario, you will need to:
Login to your ParcelSend portal
Click on Past Shipments in the left menu
Search for the order in ParcelSend using the tracking number or customer name.
Click the manifest number in the Manifest Details column (first column) to open the manifest
Click the Reprint Manifest button to print
