You must reset orders in ReadyToShip if you have already created a label, but need to make some changes before creating a new one.

Note: For any label created for MyPost Business, resetting an order does not create a refund. You'll need to apply for a refund for the original label.

How to reset your MyPost Business label

To reset a MyPost Business label in ReadyToShip, you must follow these steps:

  • Open the order (blue down arrow on right-hand side)

  • Click the blue "Reset Order" button at the bottom of the order.

  • Check that the L is now clear - If it is still green, you have not reset the order.

  • Visit MyPost Business to refund your unused labels.

  • Discard old labels.

Step 1: Open the order

Step 2: Click the "Reset Order" button

Step 3: Check that the L is now clear

If the L step is still green, you have not reset the order.

Step 4: Refund old labels

Throw out the OLD labels and apply for your Refund.

Refunds for old labels need to be processed in the MyPost Business website. Visit this help article for full instructions on How to Refund Unused MyPost Business Labels

Resetting orders in Bulk

This action can not be done in bulk. You can only reset orders individually.
