DHL eCommerce: Connect Your Carrier

Connect your DHL eCommerce account to ReadyToShip to print labels, send consignments, and update tracking information.

Before You Start

You must have an active DHL eCommerce account. If you don’t have one yet, you can request an account directly from DHL. Click here to set one up.


Step 1: Add DHL eCommerce in ReadyToShip

  1. Go to Settings > Carriers

  2. Click Add Carrier

  3. Select DHL eCommerce


Step 2: Enter Your Account Details

Provide the following information:

  • DHL eCommerce Account Number

  • Company Name (as registered with DHL)

  • Contact Name

  • Pickup Address

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

Click Submit Details.

Your information will be sent to DHL for processing.


Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

  • A DHL representative will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm access.

  • ReadyToShip will complete the connection and notify you once it’s ready.


What’s Next?

Once connected, you can start using DHL eCommerce in ReadyToShip.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Rates are not displayed: DHL does not allow third-party platforms to show their shipping rates, so rates will not appear in ReadyToShip.
