Go to the Unshipped Orders tab. Click the checkbox next to each order you would like to ship or click the All button to select them all.

Click Ship Selected Orders. A new tab will be created for each carrier that is shipping and the orders will be moved from Unshipped Orders.

Go into each carrier tab and process all the orders for that carrier.
