ReadyToShip is designed to import orders from your store, and then send back tracking numbers. We don't allow you to create an order manually, so you need to create the order in your store/marketplace account and let ReadyToShip import it from there.

Most stores can recreate or duplicate an order, so this is usually a quick process and inventory management is likely to be simplified.
