Can I manually create a new order in ReadyToShip?

ReadyToShip is designed to import orders directly from your store or marketplace and then send back tracking information. Because of this, orders cannot be created manually within ReadyToShip.

If you need to resend an order to a customer, you’ll need to recreate the order in your store or marketplace account. Once created, ReadyToShip will automatically import it.

Most platforms allow you to quickly duplicate or recreate an order, which makes this process straightforward and helps maintain accurate inventory management.
