You need to create a manual order in your store or marketplace.

This is because ReadyToShip doesn't have all the information available to create an order. We don't have access to your products, inventory, customer history, shipping rates, etc, so creating an order in ReadyToShip would be much harder than creating an order in your store.

You also wouldn't have an order history if you created the order in ReadyToShip. This could consequently cause issues with accounting records or inventory control, and further problems with product ordering if you were subjected to a tax audit, etc.

If you don't need to maintain records for accounting or inventory purposes it is simpler to manually create a label in your carrier's system where information about the products purchased, etc, are not required.
