How to remove orders from ReadyToShip

Clearing unwanted orders from your screen

Written by Nathan Huppatz

Sometimes you may need to remove an order from ReadyToShip—for example, if it has been shipped, cancelled, or fulfilled outside of ReadyToShip.

Removing an order hides it from your active order lists, but does not permanently delete it. You can still find removed orders using the Search function.

Remove a single order

To remove an individual order:

  1. Expand the order.

  2. Click the red Cancel icon to the left of the order number.

The order will be removed from your active ReadyToShip view but will remain searchable.

⚠️ Note: If the order is later reactivated in your eCommerce store, it will not automatically reappear in ReadyToShip.

Remove orders using Discard and Refetch

If an order has already been shipped, cancelled, or otherwise updated in your eCommerce platform, it may appear red in ReadyToShip to indicate a conflict.

In this case, you can use Discard and Refetch to remove the order from ReadyToShip after it turns red.

This also applies to orders that have been fulfilled outside of ReadyToShip. Once they have been discarded and refetched, they will no longer appear in your active order lists.

Remove orders in bulk

ReadyToShip does not currently support bulk removal of orders.

If multiple orders are red because they have been fulfilled or updated outside of ReadyToShip, you can remove them all at once using the Refetch Conflicted Orders option.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Account Operations.

  3. Open the Operations tab.

  4. Click Refetch Conflicted Orders.

⚠️ Important: This action removes all red (conflicted) orders from ReadyToShip. Only use it if you are certain that every red order should be removed and does not need to be shipped.

Frequently asked questions

Does removing an order delete it?

No. Removing an order only hides it from your active ReadyToShip lists. The order remains available through the Search function.

Will a removed order sync back into ReadyToShip?

No. Once an order has been removed or discarded, it will not automatically return to ReadyToShip, even if it is later reactivated or its status changes in your eCommerce store.
